Shipping Guarantee:

• Deshaillys.com guarantees the shipment of products within 7 days of order placement. Customers will receive a unique Order Identification number to track their shipments until delivery.

Shipping Issues:

• In case of non-receipt within 30 days, either due to incorrect address details or courier issues, Deshaillys.com will provide assistance for refunds or re-shipments. Tampered or defective products at the time of delivery will also qualify for return.
