Consent for Usage of Personal Data:

• The Indian Government Consumer Privacy Act (IGPA) provides rights regarding the treatment of personal data, including opting out of data sales for advertising and promotions.

Payment Protect and Product Guarantee:

• A Payment Guarantee ensures peace of mind by offering a refund if shipping confirmation or a valid order identification is not received within 10 days, or if the product does not arrive within 30 days. Refunds are also available if the delivered item is damaged or defective.

How to Claim Return and Refund Policy:

• Returns are accepted if products are damaged or defective, provided that items are returned within 24 hours with all original packaging and tags. Claims are verified before a refund is processed. False claims may require customers to bear the shipping cost for returning the product back to them.

Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled by contacting customer support via email, WhatsApp, or phone. If the product is delivered after cancellation, customers can refuse it, and refunds will be processed to the original payment method if made in advance.
